yes I've done that with no joy, this seems to be an ongoing issue for quickbooks...Doing manually defeats the purpose of the system.

yeah saw that i got a message from them saying i couldn't post case numbers (fair enough) and that my post was removed, however the whole thread's just disappea...

FYI haven't heard anything back, I tried re-connecting mine tonight and it's now working

I spoke to support this morning & my fault was lodged and I was advised it’s now being looked into. Hopefully they are sorting this out
