Their paystubs are showing hours used in 2020. Not during the accrual period. Which means the PTO balances they think they have are completely wrong.

So you mean this whole time I've ran a PTO list, it's been wrong?Because I just ran it and it doesn't show the Hours Used in 2020 based on the accrual date.
