I've tried Chrome, with and without an incognito window, and safari. In all cases the Save button remains greyed out.

Not sure about an inventory management app, but there are gateway apps that seem to do what's needed. An expensive solution though.

Yes, you should pass this on to the engineers. The feature should not have been launched with such a severe limitation.
