This just happened to us! We updated everything (4 computers, all with QB POS) today due to some other issues and suddenly our receipts are all wonky - tons of extra blank space AND they (intuit payments) added their own advertisements at the bottom! NOT COOL! Are they going to pay for all the extra paper this is going to cost us?? This literally DOUBLES the length of our receipts!! Absolutely ridiculous! It may not seem like much but we already go through hundreds of receipt rolls a year - and they're not cheap. I am SO MAD right now!
Someone please tell mle there's a way to undo this?? We can't see a way to change it in the templates...

Have you tried the recommended basic trouble shooting steps provided by my colleague? Issues like this happen when too much historical data are stored in your browser.
Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
In the meantime, you can follow the basic trouble shooting steps provided by @Giovann_G.If the issue persist, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They can initiate a screen share to look closely on this matter.
After logging in, create a sales receipt and select your service item. If there's no issue, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.
