Anyone else having problems signing in?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, sstephens! If you are experiencing problems logging into your account, let try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this. First, try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues.

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After doing this and you can sign in to your account, this would indicate that your cache needs to be cleared. Over time, frequent page visits can cause issues due to corrupted data. Clearing your cache will remove those and allow the page to load a clean copy. Use this link to clear your cache according to your browser.

Yes, you may call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. See our support hours and types for more details about this one. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue
  7. Choose  or Get a callback.

 

We also have various support that can answer your questions. by reaching out to our support agent or here in the Community space. You can post here your concern so that I can help you. This way, I can provide you with the resolution which can get you back to working on your business. Anyone else having problems signing in?

I have tried to sign in on my phone this morning for over 2 1/2 hrs...I keep getting the blue circle of fate and when I do get to the sign in page, it takes forever to load for the password...then another hour waiting to enter that.  This is not the first time this has happened...it has taken as long as 4 hours in the past.  Is there a problem with Intuit or don't they care anymore?

I know how challenging it is not to be able to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. Let me provide you with some tips on how we can resolve this and access your account.  

 

First off, this issue might be caused by an outdated mobile app. You may want it to update through Google Play Store if you're using an Android phone or AppStore if you have an iOS phone. 

 

If you're still encountering the same issue, you can also uninstall and reinstall the app
