Join nowIn the last few days the "Back to practice" dropdown menu option has disappeared, when I am looking at a client's books from Online Accountant. I used to use this regularly to switch between clients' books and my own. But now there is no obvious way to get back to my own books. The help files still tell me to use the "Back to practice" dropdown. It seems I can get back by going to Settings - Switch Company, but this is by no means obvious and Help didn't help me find this.

There are times that your browser may be holding too much-stored data that can cause errors and prevent web pages from loading properly.
To isolate this unexpected behavior, let's log in to your account using a private browser. It's a special mode where the browser doesn't record any browsing activity.

If it works via the incognito seamlessly, shift back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. I've added an article with additional insight into this process, as well as the necessary steps: How Do I Clear My Browser Cache and Temporary Internet Files?.
You can also try switching to another browser to help isolate this unusual behavior.

I just tried again and "Back to practice" is back! I'm not sure if that's something QBO did or something that changed in my computer. But I'm happy now!
