Call me need to export files online to desktop

Hi accounting311,

The community page is a public forum where we support customers who need help by leaving a message. We have a designated department that can assist by phone.

If you only need a guide on how to export files from your QuickBooks Online to your QuickBooks Desktop account, I can definitely help you with the process.

Before you export your data, you can read this reference about the limitations when you convert them. Then, you can follow the instructions below.

First, you’ll want to set up security settings in Internet Explorer. This way, you can import everything smoothly. Here’s how:

  1. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon, then select Run as administrator.
  2. Click the Tools, then Internet Options.
  3. Select Security, then Trusted Sites.
  4. Select Sites.
  5. Enter intuit.com and qbo.intuit.com.
  6. Make sure Require server verification (https: ) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.
  7. Close the Trusted Sites window.
  8. Ensure Enable Protected Mode is unchecked.
  9. Hit Apply, then Okay.
  10. Leave Internet Explorer open.

Once done, you can proceed to the steps stated in this article to successfully export and convert your QBO data to QBDT.

To ensure all details match in both programs after the process, I recommend running the Balance Sheet and Profit Loss reports.

Otherwise, refer to these links to reach out to Customer Support team for this matter:
