Can I add a QBO online for a branch outside USA?

Yes, you can add a new QuickBooks Online subscription in a different region using the same login info. Here's how:

1. Go to this link and select the country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Select Pricing, then click the type of subscription that you need for the branch. 
3. Click Buy now or Free 30-Day Trial.
4. Look for the Add another company link and click on it.
5. Type in your login credentials and click Add new company.
6. Follow the succeeding steps on how to set up the new account.

Where is your branch located?

Hi, I am trying to add QBO for a Mexico branch. However, this message pops up: "Note: Existing QuickBooks Online software in Mexico will not be available after April 30, 2023."

Does this mean there will be no QBO for Mexico after April 2023? Thank you.

They are discontinuing QBO Mexico version and some other specific regions (eg Brazil, India) next year. I wouldn't be surprised if after a few months, they would offer users to use QBO Global version for those regions.

You may have 2 options to consider:

1. QBO Global version. 

Choose any country in North America (eg Panama), use a dummy address for now, and pay with Paypal. You can set the language in Spanish as a bonus.

Use the same version as your HO but a separate account.
