Can realigned product/service to new income COA, retroactively show on past sales. Can find report to show past sales total aligned with new COA.

You can pull up your Product and Service List report to show the income account of each product and service. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to the Report.
2. Type Product and Service List in the search bar.
3. Select Customize.
4. Scroll down to the Rows/Columns section, then check the Income Account box.
5. Click Run Report.

Thanks but this is just a list and no totals. I can't verify that the COA realignment change is reflected in the income transactions.

I appreciate you for following the steps shared by my colleague. You can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report to show all transactions under the corresponding services and it's income account.

I'll guide you how:

1. From the left panel, click Reports.
2. Search for Sales by Product/Service Detail report.
3. In the Rows / Column drop-down, tick the box beside Account.
4. Click Run report.
