My connection to QBO terminated at about 11:30 PDST. I came to Community and sent a message to support and was advised that it is a known issue and they are working diligently to resolve.

Yes this solved my problem. I checked the down detector and ssaw that others were having the same problem, that it was a QB issue. It just happened at the same time that we were trying to get my accountant logged on and I thought I had done something wrong.
Ended up changing my password 3 times as it was hit and miss on logging into the system.
Next time, I'll check the down detector before I do anything else.
