Glad to have you here in the QuickBooks Community! I found some information to help. You can follow these steps to view your username and have your admin change it if necessary.
At this point if you are signed in as the admin user you will be able to see and edit the users for that company file. If you happen to be the Admin and forgot your user name you simply can put in Administrator and use your current password. You can use this as a reference:QuickBooks Desktop Users.
