Can you help me with my User Name? I do not know what my user name is because it always came up when trying to sign in.

Glad to have you here in the QuickBooks Community! I found some information to help. You can follow these steps to view your username and have your admin change it if necessary.

1. Select Company
2. From the drop down menu select users.
3. Click Set Up Users and Roles

At this point if you are signed in as the admin user you will be able to see and edit the users for that company file. If you happen to be the Admin and forgot your user name you simply can put in Administrator and use your current password. You can use this as a reference:QuickBooks Desktop Users. However, if you are still experiencing issues, the only other option would be to connect with our Support Team so if necessary, they can escalate this to Data Services. Here's how to connect with us:

1. Go to the Help menu, then click Quickbooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
2. Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
4. Select Continue.
5. Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call back feature.
