Cannot login even after deleting cache / cookies. I can only use a private window to login...

Firefox 98.0.1 (64bit) Windows 10 Build 19044 I cannot login to Quickbooks Self Employed website even after clearning cache and deleting cookies. I enter my username and password and when I click the green login button it just loads and nothing happens... If I switch to a private window on Firefox it will allow me to login, then I can switch to a non private window or tab and it magically works. -- Anyone else having login trouble?

I'm glad to see you here, @cyticre. I'll share some insight about the log-in issues you're encountering in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

QuickBooks generally works with the current and two prior browser versions. We may not always be able to support older versions.

I suggest consulting your IT specialist as they can help you update the browser or provide a precise solution to the issue.

You can utilize this article for the recommended web browser for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Thanks --- logging in through the QuickBooks Self Employed page still does not work.

The only way it works is if I :

1) Log in through a private browser on Firefox.
2) Log in through Intuit.com > Click on QuickBooks Online > Then it takes me to a page saying I dont have an account (I do its QB self employed but this page does not recognize it) > Click on Sign into QB Self Employed > Then I can access my QB self employed page.

---

Basically going through the backdoor of Intuit.com is the only way. Annoying yes but it works.

This never happened before a few months ago.
