Did you mean:
Oasis Falafel

crmagent user

Hi QB Community,

I have 2019 QB Desktop on my office computer. I looked into the "Intuit Account User Management" and found two users. One is me as an admin and the one is called crmagent and it is a basic user.

I don't remember creating such a user and not one other than me has access to  my desktop.

Any idea what this user is? Should I try to remove it?

Thanks,

Good day to you, Oasis Falafel,

Yes, you can remove the user showing up on the Intuit Account. Someone may have accidentally invited this user to access connected services like PayrollWorkforceTSheets, or Capital.

To remove the Basic user role, simply select Delete from the drop-down list under Action. See the attached screenshot below for your visual guide.

I've added these articles to learn how to manage users:

Let me know if you need anything else about user permissions in QuickBooks. I'll be right here to help you.
