Do I have to do something special to make my Custom Reports visible to my Accountant User? She has full access to everything else.

She can access all bank transactions but when she goes to Custom Reports in my company the tab is blank.  But I have many Custom Reports set up.

Yes, there is a way for your accountant to view the custom report, Barbara.

Open each report by clicking the Report Name under Custom Report, then select Save Customization, and click Share with dropdown, choose All to allow all users and your accountant access. Refer to the screenshot below.

Please refer to this article to guide you further in customizing your reports: Customize reports.

I'll add this article to guide you if you need to personalize your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sale receipts.

Let us know if you have other questions about the custom report. I'd be glad to assist you. Have a good day ahead.
