No worries, you can change your payment method for your subscription since you are the Master Admin. I'll show you how to do that.
Make sure that the address you have entered is the same as the one in your credit card statement. You can also follow the steps provided by @Soundarya India to remove your accountant's access to your company files.
In regards with your second concern, if you meant about changing your Intuit account associated with your QBO company, I suggest contacting QBO Customer Care team.
