If location tracking is set as required for all team members, they need to have their location turned on to clock in and stay clocked in. If they turn off their location while clocked in, they'll be automatically clocked out.

If the issue continues, you can tell our Support Team about it. First, log in to your Workforce app. Then, choose More, then Settings, and follow the instructions on the screen. Additionally, to let all your team members clock in, you can follow these steps.
- Go to Company Settings, select Time Options, then Time Entry.
- Select an option:
To allow the mobile time entry permission: Select Allow team members to track time on the mobile app, then Save.
To allow all team members to sign in from anywhere (computer or mobile) and manage their own timesheets: Select Allow team members to manage their own timesheets, then Save. By default, this turns on the mobile time entry permission (and greys it out) both in company settings and individual team member permissions.
