Entering Principal Officer Info

Here are the shortcut keyboards:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N

Once done, enter the Principal Officer info. If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the junk files and site data. But if you get the same results use a different browser app instead.

If the issue still persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can create a ticket and associate it with your account to be submitted to our engineers for further investigation about this sudden error message.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
