I'm the OP, it wouldn't let me send more characters in the question. But I update the connection through Bank Accounts and it fixes it. But I'd like to know why I have to go in and manually refresh the connection? I never had this problem until a few months ago. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it automatically transfer over if I have to refresh the connection every week when I see it isn't updating itself. Is this a bug? Can a request be put in to have this looked into?

Since you still need to update your account to download transactions, I'd still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Even if you already reached out to them, only our specialist online has the tool to pull up your account and let our engineering team further investigate this matter,
