Etsy account is linked to send over info.Weekly I see that QB isn't showing it,I have to go in and update the connection. Every time I chat with someone I'm told to just refresh the connection but shouldn't it be more automatic than that?

I'm the OP, it wouldn't let me send more characters in the question. But I update the connection through Bank Accounts and it fixes it. But I'd like to know why I have to go in and manually refresh the connection? I never had this problem until a few months ago. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it automatically transfer over if I have to refresh the connection every week when I see it isn't updating itself. Is this a bug? Can a request be put in to have this looked into?
