In QBSE, you’ll no longer have to reconnect the bank once it’s connected to your company. Let’s perform a manual update to re-establish the connection.
If you continue to get the same result, open the company file and access your bank using a private window or incognito mode. Normally, when you visit a web page, any text and cookies required by the page are stored on your computer.
The following sessions will prevent this information from being stored in the cache. Here's how to bring up one.
From there, log in to your QBSE file and check the online banking connection. If none of these solutions work, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further investigation.

Thank you. The bank is Navy Federal Credit Union. I was able to fix the issue on the online QBSE but I was specifically referencing the mobile app. That is where it asks me to reconnect my bank account every time I open it.

As mentioned by my colleague above, once the bank is connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you’ll no longer have to reconnect the bank.
If you already tried to refresh the connection in the QBSE app and the issue persists, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They're able to pull up your account in a secure environment and check what causing this odd behavior.
