I forgot password. I do not have access to the email account I signed up with or the phone number when I registered it. Have spent over 5 hours on the phone with support and still can't open QB. Have done everything that I was told to do. What do I do now?

We can use the Automated Password Reset tool to reset your QuickBooks Admin password in any version of QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
Here's how:
Once done, accept the license agreement. The Automated Password Reset tool will auto-download. (If the auto-download didn't work, select Download now.)

None of the things you told me about work. I don't remember the old phone number, so it doesn't work. I haven't had that phone number in years. I only use QB for personal use now. I have tried every password that I can think of, nothing works. It is getting to the point that I will start over. I have talked to support for over 5 hours and have not got anything done. Got any more suggestions?

I have gotten into the camps section and updated everything, but it will not let me change my password. I have spent over 7 hours with support and they are no help. I give up. They want me to buy an upgrade.
