There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. In this case, I suggest logging in to your account using a private browser. This mode will not save any history, making it a great place to identify browser issues.

Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online account. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete stored site data and improve the system performance. Also, you can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks.

I cannot sign into qbo. The white screen is all that comes up. How do I fix this?

I'd be happy to help you fix the display issue on your browser when signing into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You may use an incognito browser when signing up to QBO to avoid saving any data. This is done to check if you need to clear the browser's cache and to eliminate any data issue. Then, try to check if you're still getting the same issue. If it's back to the normal view, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache,
Another way of troubleshooting this issue is to use an alternate browser when signing in to QBO.

Having the same issues. Started yesterday. Usually logs in with c32.intuit but defaults to app.intuit and has a blank white screen. Erased history and cache. Nothing. Tried the private browser, nothing. Please help

The reason for this behaviour seems to be end user's IP address, particularly country of the IP address. As I tried everything - cleared the cache, used incognito, used different browsers, and only thing that helped was usind a VPN. So my conclusion here is that for some reason Intuit blocks some countries from using QBO.
