Join nowWe merged one of our acquired entities to in house from a CPA, and have gotten ZERO helpful support transferring our IOP payroll onto our QB Desktop. We need a payroll pin to work, they have tried assigning temp ones, recovering the old.... but support can't figure it out and won't follow up. This has gone through all of the levels and a level 3 person was supposed to call us back. This has been 3 weeks ago, no update from backend team 🙄. My staff have wasted 25 hours on chat, calls, and helpless "Support" all while Intuit charges be for both IOP and QB desktop. The support is garbage and everyone we have dealt with doesn't know what they are doing. Can anyone actually help here?
Hello there, C2CX.
This isn’t the kind of experience I want for you when switching over to the desktop payroll. I’ll help point you in the right direction so you can get the direct deposit pin.
The direct deposit pin is personal information and must be kept safe and secure. Changing your pin requires collecting sensitive data to open your account.
I know that you’ve contacted support, but I still recommend reaching out to them. If you have the case number handy, provide it to our specialists. This way, they can review the notes from your previous call.
Then, continue performing the troubleshooting steps where the agent left off. Follow these steps to get the most up-to-date contact details.
Let me share the following articles to help with your direct deposit tasks. These resources outline the complete steps on how to send direct deposit paychecks and steps to resolve common payroll issues.

Once again I tried to reach out to support. I wasted another hour troubleshooting the same exact things that I've done a dozen times before. Still no fix. This is absolutely absurd that Intuit has no record of my previous case/reference numbers about this issue. I have had no follow up whatsoever on any of this. We have multiple companies using Intuit payroll and we will be researching other software for our payroll needs after this. Completely horrible support.
