Unlike the admins, some users don't have access to payroll. For Standard users, they may have or have no access to payroll which depends on how the admin set it up. The Reports only users can pull up all reports except the reports related to payroll and those with contact information. Please refer to this link to learn more: User types in QuickBooks Online.
If you have access to payroll, there are lots of payroll reports we can run. The Payroll Tax and Wage Summary will give us data about the total and taxable wages that are subject to federal and state withholding. Pull up the Payroll Tax Liability if you need a report to see the taxes withheld, paid, and owed. The Payroll Tax Payments will show the tax payments you've made. You can see all these reports on the Reports tab.
