Hello Michaela, this is a great answer, and puts the reader onto the right track for a solution. (In our case, we have a rectangular logo image, and you advise here that they are not compatible, so we can fix that.) The only suggestion I would make so that yours is an even more complete answer/solution, is to include the location of our logo within our QB profile or settings, so that infrequent users like me can readily upload a new one logo file without having to look it up or ask someone.
