Hi there. How do I print the profit and loss? Thank you.

Welcome to the Community, @georgepipefix.

To print the Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), all you need to do is to click the Printer icon in the report. Please refer to these steps:

  1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
  2. Type Profit and Loss in the search fields and select it on the drop-down to open.
  3. Ensure that the dates are correct.
  4. Click the Printer icon at the upper right of the report.
  5. Adjust your print settings as needed.
  6. Hit Print to complete.

To learn more about managing reports in QBO, consider checking out this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Hi there. How do I print the profit and loss? Thank you.

Thanks for checking in with me. Unfortunately not. When I try to log onto my QuickBooks online at the computer (iMac) , I can’t even see any of my data. It says that I am online, but, I can’t do anything.

QuickBooks is working on my iPad and my iPhone. Is there any way I can print from one of these devices? (I print all kinds of other stuff from other apps on these devices, but I can’t seem to print anything from QuickBooks).

Thanks again for checking in with me.

Hi there. How do I print the profit and loss? Thank you.

Thank you for the update, georgepipefix. I'll continue to help you.

It's good to know that you can see your data using other devices. This means the issue is on your computer. If you haven't already, we can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.

To start, you'll want to sign in to QBO using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you can see your data, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's the same thing, please try to use other browsers.

We're just around if you need more help.

Hi there. How do I print the profit and loss? Thank you.

I appreciate you for taking the time to share your printing concern here in the Community, @concreteman.

Currently, the option to print Profit and Loss reports using the QBO app on your iPad is unavailable. We hear you and realize the importance of this matter in your business.

Let me send feedback to our QuickBooks developers on your behalf. This way, they can review this directly and probably add this feature in any future updates.

You can also send a feedback, by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Three horizontal lines icon.
  2. Go to Help & Feedback.
  3. Choose App Feedback.

You can visit our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website to track your feature request.

In the meantime, you can log into QuickBooks Online via a web browser and access the reports from there so you can print them.

Here's how to print your Profit and Loss report in your QBO account:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in and select Profit & Loss report.
  3. Click the Printer icon to view the report and select Print when ready.

Here's an article you can read for more details: Run reports.

Let me also share these articles that you can use as additional guide and reference when running reports in QBO:
