We regret having you leave. However, I can help cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
Depending on where you purchased your subscription, there are different procedures for canceling your QBO account. If you bought directly from Intuit, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Billing and Subscription.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, click Cancel trial.
- Once done, follow the steps shown on the screen.

Additionally, we preserve your company data for a year after the cancelation date. This way, your data will be available if you wish to resubscribe within that period.
