How can I generate a Sales by Customer summary report for all customers in a specific state?

Welcome to the Community, @roshan1.

I'd be glad to help you generate the Sales by Customer Summary report for all your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To generate the report for all customers, you can make use of the filters option available in the customized reports by selecting all customers in the report. Also, you can filter the report through selecting a specific state from the dropdown menu of available filters.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the left navigation panel, and select Reports.
  2. In the Find report by name, type Sales by Customer Summary and then click it.
  3. Select Customize beside the Save customization.
  4. Filter the Report period of your choice.
  5. Under the Columns dropdown, select Customers.
  6. Checkmark the box of % of Column.
  7. Scroll down, and select Filter.
  8. Select the dropdown button of Customer and then select All.
  9. If you want the reports to be specific, checkmark the box of Product/Service, Location, Class, and Payment Method.
  10. Once done, click Run Report.

I'll add these articles to help you get the most out of your reports and memorize your reports to save them with its current customization settings:

Let me know if you have other questions or concerns about the Sales by Customer Summary report or customizing the report. I'll be around to provide further assistance to you.
