Transferring billing from Apple to QuickBooks is currently unavailable, @ExpertGate.
What we can do is to log in to your QBO account in a web browser and reactivate your subscription since doing the process on the mobile app isn't possible since you've purchased it via Apple iTunes.
Let me show you how:
For more info, please see this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
However, if it still shows expired, I'd suggest contacting iTunes Support to have this investigated. All account-related concerns are directed to their phone support for security purposes.
I'll also add the reference on how you can manage your billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. This will help you if you make changes to your plan.
I'm just around the corner if you need further help to manage your subscription in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to assist you again. Stay safe and have a pleasant day!
Hi, @ExpertGate.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the subscription concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
hi, I've got the same problem I need to change from apple to upgrade my QuickBooks from online to plus or the other one so I can set up stripe card payment on servicem8.
Hello there, Raplumber.
I've got the steps on how you can change your billing information.
Here's how:
Just a heads up, If you have QuickBooks Online bundled with Payroll, this also updates the credit card info for your payroll subscription. If you have more than one Intuit subscription, use Intuit Payment Wallet to add and retrieve payment methods for all your subscriptions.
Afterward, you can upgrade your subscription. I've added this link as your guide: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
After upgrading, you may need to adjust some of the settings. Here's an article for the detailed information: Get started and adjust settings.
I'll be around whenever my assistance is in need.
Quickbooks really needs to address the apple billing problem. I have been on and off help chats with both apple and intuit trying to get my company off apple billing. I think its so incredibly silly they only offer 29.99 a/mo options on Ipad. I don't want to pay 29.99 I'd rather have the simple version at $15/mo. But it has been absolute hell trying to get this problem fixed. I spent days getting all of my data imported and organized and if "Transferring billing from Apple to QuickBooks is currently unavailable" they really need to address that ASAP. They have told me I can't even transfer my data between companies unless I purchase their Premium Plan.
I am a freelancer. I'm not a big company and to be honest I'm so frustrated at this point.
I agree! I'm in the same situation. I have talked to both. I called a month ago, they told me to let my apply pay expire, now QBO is telling me I have to reactivate it. QBO is now showing I have not had a subscription in over a year and it has only been a week. I need my account active.
Hello there, Brittny4.
I understand the need to reactivate your subscription. This guarantees that you can finish your accounting responsibilities and continue working in QuickBooks Online (QBO) seamlessly.
Billing, refunds, charges, and other account-related concerns require special handling. The process requires us to gather data to view your account information.

I'm having the same problem. I canceled my subscription in my Apple settings. But when I log in to QB online to re-subscribe and update my billing information it won't let me manage anything because it says it needs to be updated in Apple.
Same here have you gotten this resolved?
