How can my bookkeeper access my QuickBooks account

I'll ensure you can add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online account in no time, Lorcoaching.

We need to invite your accountant. Once done, they will receive an invitation through email. All they have to do is accept the request if your bookkeeper already has a QuickBooks Online Accountant.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Navigate to the Settings⚙, then choose the Manage Users.
  3. Pick the Accountants or Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Input your accountant’s email address, then tap Invite.

Moreover, if you want to give them access to every part of the QuickBooks account, set them as the primary admin since it allows them to manage all users and other admin tasks. Refer to this page for more information:

Whenever your accountant needs to learn with special tools for accountant users, we can share this page to your accountant in the event of reviewing client's account: Use accountant tools and features in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Notify us below if you still need additional assistance managing your accountant's access and users. I'll be delighted if you can share them below.
