We need to invite your accountant. Once done, they will receive an invitation through email. All they have to do is accept the request if your bookkeeper already has a QuickBooks Online Accountant.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Navigate to the Settings⚙, then choose the Manage Users.
- Pick the Accountants or Accounting Firms tab.
- Input your accountant’s email address, then tap Invite.
