unable to access account--Error your account is turned off

Every Friday I get an email that the tech team is working on finding out why I am unable to access my account/error your account is turned off.

It has been to weeks and no access to my account.

Is this normal?

This isn't normal, 01prairie.

 

I understand how important it is for you to have access to your account so you can complete your tasks.

 

May I ask if you're the account's primary administrator? Since in most cases, this error will appear if your access was disabled.

 

We're unable to pull up your account here in the Community for security purposes. I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Online Support. They'll be able to access your account and look up the status of your case. Please use this link to reach them: Contact Us.
