In QBO subscriptions, the accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also set up Direct Debit. The card must have a US-based billing address. PayPal and Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfers are also acceptable forms of payment.
Please also keep in mind that you can only renew your subscription in the web version of QBO and not in a mobile app, so you'll need to sign in using a mobile/computer browser.
Importantly, you'll have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to resubscribe. You can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency after resubscribing. Here's how:

However, if you wish to renew your QuickBooks Desktop subscription, it's best to secure a backup copy of your company data first to restore them anytime in the future. On another note, all QuickBooks Desktop 2021 versions, security patches and updates, live technical supports, and other Intuit services integrated with the program will be discontinued after May 31, 2024.
