Thanks for posting here in the community and bringing this matter to our attention, @Jax518.
At this time, we've received similar cases or reports about blank screens when trying to click sales tax setting to add rates.
In the meantime, you can access your account using a private browser. This doesn't save your site data and visited pages. You can press the following keys to access this mode:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + H
If you're able to change your team member's email address, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files. If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers in the meantime, so you can get to your tasks.
Then, to report this issue, I recommend reaching out to our support team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. Please be assured that our software engineers are working diligently to provide a resolution, and we'll keep you updated via email.
Here's how to get the support details:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- Click either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to Human.
- Search Contact Us, then Start a chat with a support expert.
Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.
