Buy nowTo the right of the Gear icon, there is a blue circle with an initial in it. Click that. Then the gray bar that says Sign out.
I'm not seeing the gear icon on the home page.
I signed on for the first time, and there isn't a gear icon visible. Processing tools, Activity and Reports, Account, Support, and Home are the options I see.
I see a blue bar on the top, with Home as the first option.
Anyone there?
@Flying Pig Patience is a virtue.
Not sure which version you are using, but the instructions already provided are for Quickbooks Online.
Hello @Flying Pig,
@Just_me is correct. The initial post and resolution shared in this thread are the option available for QuickBooks Online.
Based on the tabs you've mentioned, I'm assuming you've logged in with the QuickBooks Merchant Services. With this, you'll only need to close the tab or browser you've logged in with it since the sign-out or log out option is not available.
Additionally, I've also included this helpful reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Find out how you can manage your QuickBooks Payments account in the Merchant Service Center.

Once signed in, go back to your dashboard and sign out from there.
If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
