Manage your account information using the Merchant Service Center

Changing your User ID, account email, password, and security question in Merchant Service Center affects your credentials for other Intuit products like QuickBooks Payroll, TurboTax, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online. Intuit has Implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all our products to protect your account and ensure only you have access to your data. As part of this, you will be prompted to use a one-time confirmation code when you sign-in or make significant changes to your account information (email, password, and user ID). See Multi-factor authentication (MFA) FAQ for detailed information.

Note: If you are having issues accessing or using the features in Merchant Service Center, ensure you are using Internet Explorer and it is configured accordingly.
