With the help of their tools, they can also determine if this is just an unexpected behavior or bug so they can request an investigation sent to our engineers for review.

Go to the Help menu at the top right.
Select Contact us.
Enter the exact bug you’ve been experienced in the field.
Choose to Get a callback.
