I have done this 6 times and no one ever contacts me. I need help ASAP. This bug is causing issues going back to 2019.

Instead of trying to request a callback, I recommend using our chat option within the same steps from above. After you press Continue, you'll be able to choose whether to chat, request a callback, or schedule a call.
