How do I submit a bug report to QB? I have been finding visual and functional bugs in their UI for weeks now and I am not sure how to submit bugs if no one is responding to CS requests.

The best way to report issues with the program is to contact our Technical Support team directly. You can discuss with them the bug you’ve found. This way, they can check it further. With the help of their tools, they can also determine if this is just an unexpected behavior or bug so they can request an investigation sent to our engineers for review.

Before you contact them, you can refer to this guide regarding our hours of operation to ensure you’ll be assisted immediately. Then follow these steps below:

1. Go to the Help menu at the top right.
2. Select Contact us.
3. Enter the exact bug you’ve been experienced in the field.
4. Click Continue.
5. Choose to Get a callback.

I’ve attached a reference here in case you need some information about features and functionalities in QuickBooks. It has several articles and some ideas on how other users handle their accounts.

I have done this 6 times and no one ever contacts me. I need help ASAP. This bug is causing issues going back to 2019.

Instead of trying to request a callback, I recommend using our chat option within the same steps from above. After you press Continue, you'll be able to choose whether to chat, request a callback, or schedule a call.
