How do I unsubscribe from payroll reminders after I cancelled my subscription to QB?

 Hi Larry,

You will no longer receive reminders after canceling your subscription. However, you may still receive marketing emails, but you have the option to turn that off.

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Accounts and Settings. Scroll down at the bottom section of the Company section.
3. Click on Marketing Preferences in blue text.
4. On the Select Your Marketing Preferences page, select your options for marketing emails.
5. Click next and enter your basic information.
6. Click next and follow the onscreen instructions until you’re done.

There is a possibility that your email is still linked to an active account with payroll. Hence, you're receiving these emails.

Let's review your Intuit account for any active subscriptions or programs:

1. Go to this link: http://camps.intuit.com/.
2. You'll see the program tiles associated to the said email.

With this, we can update the associated email.

1. Go to this link: http://camps.intuit.com/.
2. Click My profile in the upper-right corner.
3. Update the Email address by clicking Edit.
4. Enter the updated email information and click Save.
