Hello icherneychuk3!
The purge option is only applicable to QBO companies that are less than 60 days from sign up. If your QBO no longer meets this condition, you can sign up for a new account using your existing login credentials. You may not purge the existing one also and just create a new company.
You can always go back to this thread if you need more help with purging or creating a new account.
If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.

"How do i wipe all my company data. i tried going through the purge company website but it will not process the webpage"
Refer to this article for more detailed step-by-step instructions.
Two Limitations:
1) You can't purge the company if you have got a Simple Start plan
2) You can't purge the company if your books are 60 days old or older
Hope this helps!
You can also wipe your company by using empty Quickbooks desktop file- and import it with your Quickbooks online account- make sure your QBO is 60 days old- if not- contact us to refresh the expiry date for export.
Then proceed with the export process.
