- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help.
- Select either tab to get started:

- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
After that, you can upgrade to another plan. You can also check out this comparison chart to review what will go away when you switch. To change your plan, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your QBO account as an admin.
- Go to the Gear icon settings and select Subscription and billing.
- Select Upgrade your plan.
- Find the new plan you want, then select Choose Plan.
