I am located in Canada. Thought I was signing up through Canada but cannot complete everything. Canada is not an option?

1. Click on this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/
2. Choose Canada in the Nort America section. There's a French and English version.
3. Select a plan and sign in using your existing user ID and password.
