I am trying to resubscribe as my trial ended. I've entered all my credit card info and the resubscribe button remains grayed out. Any suggestions?

My Credit card address is not the same as company address. It keeps telling me to update my company address. Does this make a difference?

  • Verify the credit card details including CVV are entered correctly.
  • If this is a newly issued card, check that your new credit card has been enabled for use.
  • Contact the bank to ensure that it allows recurring billing from an online merchant. 

 

Here's how to check your Billing & Subscription from your account:

 

  1. Go to your Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription and click the Resubscribe link.
  3. Enter the new billing information. Then, select Subscribe.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.

Since you cannot resubscribe to a trial version, how can I get my data from the trial version to my new company I had to purchase?
