Hi userpierreshomerepai,
I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA, you can run some steps to isolate why your getting an error message when trying to renew your subscription.
To start with, open QuickBooks on an incognito window. This is the safest place to tell if an issue you're experiencing is cause by browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected happenings on the pages.
You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

I'm just a post-away if there's anything that I can help with. Keep safe!
I to am trying to renew an expired trial and was told I have to open a new company and transfer the data. I have already opened the new company, but cannot figure out how to transfer the data from my expired trial QB to my new QB online company. I can log in just fine, but need help migrating the data. Where can I get information on that? I was told by the help team over the phone I could not renew or resubscribe to an expired trial.
Thanks for joining us, @ashleydunnigan.
I'll share some information about how you can transfer your data. You can move lists from the trial to the active account. All you have to do is export an Excel file and then import it to the new account. Please note that we can only import the following:
For step-by-step instructions on how to export, please refer to this guide: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
After exporting, import your file by following the steps below:
Additionally, here's a link that'll guide you in managing a QuickBooks account: Getting Started in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have follow-up questions or concerns about transferring your file. I'm more than happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.

You are unable to renew or resubscribe. You have to pay it with the regular rate to purchase your trial account.

It won't let me do that either. Please help, I can't work! How do I purchase the trial after it expires?
Hi there, @ashleydunnigan. I'd be glad to assist you in renewing your QuickBooks Online account.
Once you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll get a prompt to resubscribe. If not, please follow these steps to reactivate it:
Check the next charge date after you sign in. If the date is in the past, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to avoid back-billing charges. Here's how:
I've also added an article in case you need help in managing your billing information in your QBO account: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Please get back here in Community if you have other questions. I'll be around to help. Have a good day!
Make sure you are using a credit card issued in the US to lower the problem.
