I can get to the page that allows for weekly hours or daily hours to be entered. When I click on the weekly time clock, the next page is simply the green pulsating dots. If I try the per day entry, it wont allow me to fill in the space. Also, the help icon won't respond, when I click it the box turns grey.
I am able to access the page but when I click on the weekly time clock, all I get is a blank page with the pulsating green dots. The daily entry won't allow me to enter my name and when I click on the help button, that icon turns grey but there is no action after that.
I appreciate the prompt response, Wade. There are troubleshooting steps you can take to fix this issue so that you can add hours and access those icons in QuickBooks.
The program's performance can be impacted by the outdated stored cache. I suggest logging into your account using an incognito window to check for any browser cache problems. Using incognito mode will allow us to investigate this, as it doesn't retain any files.

If you're able to access the page without green dots and the help icon isn't greyed out, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. You may also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

I've cleared the cache twice in two days but it's not helping.

The help feature turns black where the cursor is placed but it doesn't activate.
When I click the help button it turns black wherever the cursor is, but that's all it does.
