The pre-filled sales details imported into QuickBooks Online when you connect to Shogo is based on the information they provided to us. To fix this, we need to check the set up when the transactions are imported into QuickBooks.

I am using Shogo to map sales data from my POS and it matches the cc deposits to my bank via journal entry but the sales do not post in the dashboard or sales reporting?
You currently have your Shogo settings set to post as a QB Journal Entry. If you want to use the QBO sales reporting and DashBoards - you may want to consider switching your posting method to a Summary Sales Receipt.
