I can't find the Emirates NBD for the connection please help me?

Hi there. I understand the inconvenience of not finding Emirates NBD as a bank connection option. Let's explore your options.

There are several reasons why you're unable to find Emirates NBD as a bank connection option in QuickBooks Online. Here are the following common issues locating or connecting your bank:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list
  • Your bank doesn’t connect to all types of accounts
  • Your bank isn’t a participating financial institution

To resolve this, double-check the bank name to ensure it's spelled correctly and matches your bank's website. You can also use the bank's sign-in URL to verify the name. For more detailed steps, refer to this guide: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking in QuickBooks Online or Sel....

If your bank has multiple names, reach out to your financial institution for specific details. This can help you find the correct name to enter into QuickBooks for a successful connection. On the other hand, If you've tried all these steps and still can't find your bank, you can submit a request to add your bank's connection. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click on Link account.
  3. Type in the name of your financial institution
  4. Add your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

Once your bank is connected, you can use this article as a future reference: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If your bank has yet  to support QBO, you can use the converter tool as a workaround (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license).
