I check Except Zero amounts but the Balance sheet still displays them. What to do?

To show only active rows and columns:

1. Click the drop down arrow inside the Non-zero Rows/Non-zero Columns box. 
2. Select Non-zero under Show rows and Show columns. 
3. Click the Run report button. 

If you continue to experience the issue after following the steps above, I'd recommend running the report on a private browser. Here's how to start browsing privately:

• For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
• For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
• For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If it works fine in the private window, it'd be best to clear your browser's cache or switch to another browser.
