I dont see last months sales tax report

Why did my sales tax Center change. I can no longer pull up last months return and post a payment. I can see the current and upcoming months, but no past months. Incognito mode does not help. THis has been this way for a month or so

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for a few clarifications first? Are you trying to generate the last month's sales tax report or is it the returns listed on the homepage of the sales tax center?

Thanks for following up on this post, bggroast. I want to make sure you're able to record tax payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

I see that you did try Incognito mode, but to completely rule out any browser related issues I recommend clearing the cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache collects frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it becomes too full it can have an adverse effect and cause certain viewing and performance errors within the system.

 

Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome:

 

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
