Thanks for following up on this post, bggroast. I want to make sure you're able to record tax payments in QuickBooks Online.
I see that you did try Incognito mode, but to completely rule out any browser related issues I recommend clearing the cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache collects frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it becomes too full it can have an adverse effect and cause certain viewing and performance errors within the system.
Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
